NAMI Arapahoe Douglas Counties is focused on advancing awareness and creating community recognition that everyone should be concerned about mental health.
Through that important work, we have observed a glaring need for integrated programming that cultivates behavioral health and human service professionals, both today, and in the years to come. To meet that need, NAMI Arapahoe/Douglas Counties has created a very special scholarship program.
Our hope is that the scholarship program will start to address the shortage of care providers for people who may struggle with mental health and wellness. We believe it is critical to address this deficiency and maintain a strong connection to our community by providing funding for students pursuing a degree in behavioral health and/or human services. Therefore, we invite you to an event focused on helping our community reach this significant goal.
